To view page details The status bar at the base of the window shows the information about pages such as simplex or duplex, page orientation, etc. To turn off page details, choose Status from the 'View' menu. To turn the feature back on, select it again; a tick shows that it is selected. To view graphic details Right-click the mouse on the graphic then select Graphic Details from the pop-up menu. Details of the graphic's size, resolution etc. display at the foot of the window. To view line details Right-click the mouse on the graphic then select Line Details from the pop-up menu. Details of the line's size and colour display at the foot of the window. To view macros Choose Macros from the 'View' menu. To turn off macro viewing, select 'Macros' again. To view mouse coordinates Choose Mouse Coordinates from the 'View' menu. To turn off Mouse Coordinates viewing, select 'Mouse Coordinates' again. To change the units of the mouse coordinates see Configuring the view. To view the unprintable area Select View|Show unprintable area and select one of these options from the sub-menu: When either of these options are selected a tick appears beside 'Show unprintable area', and a grey border shows the parts of the page that will not print on a non-edge-to-edge PCL printer: see Configuring the view. To turn this feature off, select White from the 'Show unprintable area' sub-menu. See also
